Very knowledgeable
This was the second Sears visit to repair my heater. The first technician was not knowledgeable or technical enough for the job. Solomon came the second time after we requested a new tech. He was able to identify the issue right away and ordered the part. He came one day earlier than expected to complete the repair as he received the part earlier. We are glad we got the heater working again.

Christmas in March from "St. Nick"
Nick was amazing. He diagnosed my issue right away, saving me near $1500 from the previous company who'd come out wanting to do unnecessary repairs. He's professional, knowledgeable, friendly and hard working. Sears is lucky to have him!!
