Repair of heating pump in furnace.
Michael was very professional. My only complaint is the amount of days it took to repair in very cold weather- not his fault, of course.

I was well pleased with the time and the professional way Fabiana installed the parts needed to repair the furnace. I could tell from our conversation that she had top notch training to do her job well the first time. I also have to give Jermaine props for his part in the furnace repair also. Job well done by them both.
