Heater not working
Technician Gary did a great job! Real positive attitude and very polite and was able to figure problems with heater order parts and came back to fix heater! Would recommend him any time. Thanks Gary!

He was efficient and professional. He identified the issue in just a few minutes, replaced it and the unit seems to work just fine now. The only "issue" I had was with Cinch / Sears lack of scheduling in a timely manner. Two weeks?!?! But Benjamin was great.
