Victor was actually a bit early for our appointment which was really helpful for me. He was very professional and thorough. He didn't find a reason for the noise I had heard but did clean a few parts and I haven't heard the noise since. He seems to be very good at his job.

Promptly diagnosed problem on first visit, ordered part, returned on specified day and completed repair. My only issue is that SHS only allows you to schedule for an entire day, and you never know when the technician will show up during that day until the morning of the day of the appointment. Even then, they are almost always later than the estimated time.
