I am happy with the service tech's work and he has provided necessary checks to our furnace as winter preventative maintenance. The service & testing appointment was done in less than 1/2 hour the tech arrived within 15 min of his estimate. Overall I am satisfied with the service performed.

He explained everything that was wrong with my unit. And just what he's allow to do to it as it would cause more than what he was allow to do. He called his supervisor and explained the issue was and he was given permission to do as much as he could within budget. We are going to give it sometime to see if it takes care of the problem. Whereas the prior tech work on it not even 15 minutes and Mr. Martinez took his time at the start to give me a concise explanation of the problem and he took his time. Now I'm a little more assured of what the problem is and the solution.
