Sears previously sent other technicians to deal with this problem. All of them were useless and ineffective. Sergio Sanchez was beyond excellent. He fully applied himself to the project, and did everything within his power to solve the situation. He was not able to, but that was only because the supplier no longer carried parts' or even replacement for the unit. Sergio is a huge asset to your company. I will even go so far to say, if the Warranty company decides to use Sears again, I will only accept if Sergio is the technician. I will not use your company if any of your other techs are assigned. I will send them back!
