Mohammad did all he could to address my AC issue(s). He helped me understand why my AC Unit was not fuctioning properly and serviced it to the extend allowable by the warranty company (Choice Homes). He was kind, courteous, and informative as he walked me through the issues associated with my AC system. His level of professionalism is high quality.

Eric called me 30min ahead of showing up to verify address and let me know estimated time of arrival. He was friendly, on time, and didnt waste no time getting right to work diagnosing our issue with the AC unit. He was able to fix it quickly and was very informative. Thank you Eric!

Collin: On time, fast, polite as always. SEARS: Unfortunately, it's impossible to get of a real person when one calls SEARS directly. Therefore, we will never sign up with SEARS home warranty.
