My HVAC
Wille R. showed nothing but professionalism. He made sure everything was done correctly after Tier 1 made a mess of everything. The motherboard was put in incorrectly by Tier 1. Tier 1 didn't check to make sure my heat was on, only emergency heat was running which made my electric bill sky high. I would recommend Willie R. get rewarded for going above and beyond for his customers. Thanks for all Sears do!

Stephen, who has been my Technician before, did a fantastic job as always. Checked both units, cleaned them, and the filters. Then, he also checked to ensure the vent outputs were blowing cool air at an acceptable level.
