Technician came out. Took my payment. Supposedly fixed the issue. The exact same problem recurred in one to two days.

Forced to pay a fraudulent fee

I was forced to pay a pick up and delivery fee for the fan they ordered 2 weeks prior to coming and fixing my ac unit. This was covered under my home warranty and I stated this but they refused to install my fan without payment. My home warranty stated I never should have been charged, sears later agreed and never refunded me.

Poor Service

Not pleased at all with service from Sears!!!! Two of my properties with HVAC problems at the same time. Repair guy tells both of them a plumber is needed to clear lines. One of the claims asked Sears to specifically send an HvAC person with ability to clear lines the 2nd time; sent same person 2 weeks later. Waste of time and money!!

Ridiculous

My experience today with you all was beyond ridiculous and unacceptable. I received an email stating that my appointment was scheduled from 7 AM to 6 PM which makes no sense. I cannot afford to sit home and miss a days work. The online system didn't work and it was almost impossible to reach someone by phone, once I did I got very little help or support. The technician finally texted me that he'd be at my home in 15 to 20 minutes. After waiting an additional 45 minutes, I decided to call to see where he was. He informed me that he was sitting outside on the phone with his manager or supervisor trying to handle something that happened with a prior customer. I asked him if he ever plan on coming to start my work? It took him an additional 30-45 minutes before coming to service my AC. To add Andrew to insult, the first thing he did was through a phone in my face and told me that I had to sign and submit payment before he can start any type of work. RIDICULOUS!. I waited my turn for my appointment. Is no way? I should have had to wait an extra 30-45 minutes while he handled something for someone else. He finally checked my unit after obtaining payment. He stated that a lizard tripped my unit and that it was working. I called him within 10 minutes of him leaving letting him know that the numbers on the unit was going up, not down. It has been. 55 minutes and the numbers are still going up. The unit is not working properly so now I have to start a whole new service call.

Central Air unit repair

Technician was only here for 10 minutes. Would not wait for me to get a ladder for him to access the inside portion of the unit. Did not go down to the fuse box to check for blown fuse. Stated that we need to reschedule the service because it was raining and he could not check the outside unit. Mentioned that they are very busy and it would be better to ask for a different company to come back. I took off an entire day of work and lost pay for nothing.

Alex the technician was ok. But avoid this company at all cost. They make you wait all day. Their system does not work and their AI system is subpar. No live agent available. Then change your appointment at their will.

Horrible service

Tech had no ladder, had to use mine and he did not put it away where he got it from. Did not have soap to check for leaks in my sc system. Did not wear shoes covers and it was a wet muddy day. Gir mud and duet all over my 2 months old carpet which now needs to be cleaned! Put holes, gouges, dirt streaks and dings in my newly redone dry wall, plaster, and paint carrying my ladder upstairs to access the attic . Absolutely horrible..
