I didn't get service because the technician said that a label with the model number and serial number wasn't inside the refrigerator. I suggested checking out the back of the fridge, which had numerous stickers but he simply told me that Sears would not work on it without knowing the actual model number, and that I should ask the home warranty company to assign another company to it. He left immediately. I then noticed that the model number and bar code were on a sticker on the back of the unit. A simple look at the back of the unit would have given the technician what he needed to do the repair. I'm really angry about this.

William refused to even look at my freezer. I told him the freezer would not keep ice cream frozen and all he said was "well ice cream is one of the hardest things to freeze." As if it's an exceptional freezer than will freeze ice cream. I asked if he agreed that this freezer should be able to freeze ice cream and he said yes. But yet he refused to even look at the freezer other than opening and closing the freezer door. He said the freezer is fine because there was one frozen popsicle in the freezer. His thought was because that one little popsicle was frozen, there was noting for him to do. Also, this was the second technician that came from Sears. The first one found nothing wrong. But ice cream melts in this freezer. Still.

It was a waste of my time. Didnothing but shined his light and tryrd to ssy door wasn't shut which was not true. Then said maybe frige overworked. Never will I call sears again. Waste if my money abd time.

Refused to fix my appliance! Extremely uneducated, not helpful, very unprofessional, very poorly presented, and refused to give his mangers information! This employee needs to be fired or properly trained, what a waste of time, I'm very disappointed!

I wish I had read the negative reviews before using this company to repair my washing machine. Their customer service number is a joke, so if you ever need to speak to a live person- good luck. The tech, came out to my house the first time didn't have very basic parts so I had to order them via the Parts Department Customer Service- I paid for my order and had it shipped directly to my home. The day of the repair, the tech charged me for the parts AGAIN ($100 more per part than quoted 4 days ago, I might add) and it was a run around to get a live person on the phone to issue a refund and when I finally got someone to put in a request, it was not instant like I was initially told. Now I am waiting 5 business days for someone to "review" the refund request, which should be instant since it was due to their technician's error in the first place. This company is a nightmare, and I would stay far away from them because the headache if something goes wrong is just not worth it.

Technician was very rude towards the end of services. Fridge was unbalanced at the end and he was not willing to fix it instead he just took signature quickly and wanted to leave the house. Very unprofessional and rude behavior.

Microwave Issue still not fixed despite new parts

Our Microwave was making rattling noises and a burnt smell was coming when we tried to heat anything in it. So we called Sears Services. The technician came out, ran diagnostics, ordered parts and then returned back in 2-3 weeks to install the new parts. He installed them today and within a few hours, we had the same issue as before! Our microwave is no longer working again, making the same rattling noise and giving off burnt smell.

Refrigerator Repair/Over all service not received/delays

On June 14th I reported that the freezer part on my refrigerator was not working it wouldn't stay cold. They did not give me appointment until June 20th. The person from Home Sears repair stated he had to order parts and the next available appointment to install parts was June 20th. A different person came out to my home. He stated that person didn't want what he was done and he was new and those parts were not needed and he needed to order the two correct parts. The next repair date was July 10th. Still another issue. Next appointment July 23 being told didn't need all parts that was order. Only one part was used. No one cares. no one listen. Worse service I have ever received. When calling to file a complaint. No one cares or listen if you can get through to anyone. Took 20 attempts to get through to a person and it was like speaking to a robot.

GE Profile Range - Cleaning cycle not working.

Matthew Kunz never came to make the repair on June 24 as he was supposed to. I received a copy of a document that said he was here and that I signed it. He was not here and I never sign my name in such a printed form. This guy is a liar and very disrespectful to us. My stove is till not fixed and if I don't get some action in the next 5 days, I am going to file a law suit. The original date of this request was 5/17. What say you???

Another no show where he lies and says we refused service. He lacks integrity and professionalism and he is dishonest. My unit hasn't been functioning properly since February and the previous times he did come out to "fix" it, it has yet to be fixed and working properly and he now refuses to show up. Sears refuses to do better than sending out the same rude technician who they know won't show up rather than honoring the master protection plan we paid for.
