It has been a horrible experience since September 6,2023. Ralph said he could only fix oven ranges not wall unit ovens but he would try. Only my top oven was broke. When he left, bottom oven wasn't working either. Told me he took pictures and orders parts and to call my warranty company a place another service call. I did many times. Then after many no calls and no shows I finally got Pilar on Oct 3rd and he was wonderful. Had to order additional parts. Then I got the best two techs Jesse and Roger on Oct 6th that worked from 6:30/8:30 on a Friday night and had to return Sat morn at 9 ish to complete. Thank the Lord I now have a working oven!! So, we were without an oven from August 27-Sept 7th.

Service tech arrived first time and was not able to perform work due to ice inhibiting work area. He explained issue and what to do. Appointment rescheduled. Rescheduled appointment was not updated in computer system but issue was resolved by Nathan and when he returned all work was completed and fridge returned to working condition. My wife is very happy. Thank you.
