Great at diagnosing and repairing
Ray has been out to our home a few times and he consistently gets the troubleshooting, ordering parts and performing repairs spot on. We're so happy to have someone like Ray to keep our appliances working great.

The tech was excellent and was able to complete the repair quickly. The parts arrived in time for him to be able to replace them and complete the repairs. The AI aspect was clumsy and the Ming for tech's arrival was way off, by 3 hours. That was the only disappointment.
