Brian came the first day & diagnosed our problem - which was a new condenser for our GE Monogram. The part was ordered & installed within 1 week. He was very professional & a really nice man.

First of all, when you are selecting a service company, you are throwing the dice unless you have a solid referral. Having none, I went with the "old school" Sears repair guy approach. Fortunately, they lived up to their legacy. Gustavo rocked it! He came in the morning per schedule, called ahead with ample time and proceeded to do the diagnostic. Upon identifying the issue, he coordinated with another tech to get the part and came back later to finish the repair. The process was handled courteously and professionally and everything was resolved. I will definitely be using Sears on my next repair call!
