Nico was excellent. Your customer service dept was terrible. No one wanted to hear what u had to say as the customer. I did not receive c as ll s I asked for. Did not get a true time window when he was to arrive. It changed 3 times and I wasted most of my day waiting for him. If you knew he had 3 calls before me how could you possibly schedule him for 10:30? If I knew he was coming in the afternoon I could have kept my morning appointments. If you would have called this morning like a was guaranteed would happen none of this would have been a problem. Also this could have been handled in one visit if he would have brought the parts I suggested .

Kylen was very good and pleasant. Got our fridge running again for which we are very thankful. I will see the scheduling needs some tweaking though. We were given a 8am to 4pm time frame and he apologized for arriving at 5:36 pm stating it had been a very busy day. We do understand this; however scheduling should be respectful of everyone's time- including your service technician. We give Kylen a thumbs up, scheduling process not so much.

Carlos did an amazing job, was quick and very professional. The oven was repaired the same day and I've never had that happen before. Usually they have to assess, order parts and come back. It was incredible. I really appreciated his service and positive communication.
