Great service
Norman arrived earlier than the scheduled time, but I was notified he was on his way. He was very methodical as he was trying to find out what was the source of the problem. Once he determined the problem, he notified the insurance company of the problem and part needed. He also showed me how to remove and replace the drawers in the refrigerator and addressed the squeaky door hinge. He was very professional and courteous and answered all my questions.
