Initially Sears came out and Diagnosed our issue and needed to order a part for our dishwasher. They had the part delivered to our address directly and told us upon receipt to let them know and we would schedule an appointment sooner than the appointment they provided for us at that time. We received our part 3 days later and tried to contact them. We were not successful after many attempts. Our future appointment approached and then they sent an automatic msg that we were rescheduled because they didn't have our part. This happened 3 more times until I contacted the warranty company to get involved. The entire time we were unable to get ahold of an actual person to inform they we had our part. They need to improve on their customer service immensely

In the last two months, technician canceled on me ,despite reassurance from your company on daily basis, seven times. Most disappointing experience since I live in the United States for 25 years Excellent service for North Korea, but not in the USA

Disappointed with A&E

After waiting 3 days for an A&e tech to come back to the house to find out why am I. Refrigerator stopped working when it was perfectly fine until they replaced an LED panel. I was told that the system just needed to be unplugged and plugged back in again. I lost over $600 worth of food product. So disappointed with this. Not to mention we went 3 days without having a refrigerator in our house.

Rep needs better training

Representative came two times and didn't fix the issue in a three week period. The first time he took 10-15m to diagnose issue. He left and said he couldn't get in touch with warranty company after waiting on the phone for five minutes. He mentioned that he can not be at a location longer than 20 minutes so he will submit the diagnosis, the warranty company will order what's needed and they would have to get another company to come and fix it. It was a week or two since I heard from Sears. I called the warranty company and clearly the ball was dropped there was nothing sent from Sears. They said they will send another sears rep out and they should have the items needed to repair the issue. Unfortunately a week later the appt came and it was the same exact sears rep who did nothing the first time and did nothing the second time. He was about to walk out the door again saying that it's been 20m and the warranty company didn't answer the phone. He came inside my house today with someone else on the phone, asked me to wait to ask him a question, asked to use my restroom and then was in and out of the house for 20-30m. Came back to me with the same details saying he has to leave because he waited on the phone with warranty company for 20m. As I was questioning him and getting frustrated, a rep from my warranty company answered. He went outside and came back in to advise someone will call me in 24 hours with results if the invoice was approved or I was able to get a replacement approved. Then he left. Terrible terrible customer service and throughput. He could've gotten this handled the first time he came. Now I'm here again with no fridge on my main floor. 5+ weeks later.

Mike asked for change belt $350. Belt $50, labor $300?!!! I can add little money and buy new dryer ! Crazy pricing in your company.

technician said the freezer could not be fixed that it was warped come to find out how a second to paint. The door was not work. The gasket was just gone and I would like a full refund.

Dave came and left without repairing my refrigerator!!!!!! He stated to had to be at least 60 degrees in the garage to do the repair that I've been waiting for over a month to get fixed.

Appointment to repair my Refrigerator

Sears Home Services they have been to our house 5 times since July 2024 until January 10, 2025 tried to fix our refrigerator but not only they have been able to fix it but also made the entire refrigerator not working a all. The technician that worked on it spent half a day replacing a part that caused the refrigerator completely to overheat. Imagine to have a simple problem (not making ice) to turn out a disaster like this situation and be without refrigerator for 7 months and still waiting. I would not recommend them even to my enemies...
