At this point I was completely satisfied from booking my appt. for service and the complete service that I received from Travis. He was completely knowledgeable of the situation and had the part to repair my stove. He explained what was wrong and had it repaired in no time. At first appt he came in, listened to issues and diagnosed them, ordered parts and set follow up appt to repair. 2nd appt he called ahead to let me know when he would be arriving, arrived when he said and got straight to work. Updated me on progress and cleaned up any mess. Did it all very quickly.
