After waiting around all day, Saturday, August 10 and a technician never showing up or calling and all the hassles with your call centers Ed was a breath of fresh air. He came out late Tuesday was very knowledgeable. Got the parts replaced and explained everything he was doing. He's a great technician and he's a great asset to your company.
