Gas Dryer Repair
Ibrahim was on time, friendly, and professional. He seemed knowledgeable about my gas dryer, what was causing my problem, and how to fix it. Ibrahim explained what he was going to do and how much it would cost. He went right to work and finished in an appropriate and fair amount of time. My only suggestion would be for Ibrahim to spend some time cleaning up when he was done with the repair. Oily fingerprints were on the Laundry Room wall as well as the washer and dryer and debris was left on the floor. Except for his lack of clean up, Ibrahim did a great job repairing my gas dryer.

Dryer Repair
Mr. Walton was very nice and pleasant. The only thing I would like to mention is that he spent the whole time of the service on the telephone in speaker mode. I hope that talking while working on the repair will not affect the quality of the service. Other than that, I believe the repair went well. He replaced the old roller. Thank you.

Electric dryer repair
The repair man was very nice, but very quiet and did not communicate very much with us. I would like a little more communication while the work is being done. They had to order parts and it took a week and a little longer, but we had the parts 3 to 4 days before they scheduled our repair man to come back and fix our dryer. it would be nice to have Sears stock the parts or at least be able to get them quicker and be able to come back and fix the appliance repair faster. But the repair man's work was good and our dryer seems to be working real good. Thanks.

Dryer Repair
The service tech who did my repair was Wayne, not Daniel. Nothing but praise for him. Knowledgeable and professional Shipping repair parts to the customer is not a good idea. I had no idea exactly what I was supposed to get, and if I did know, I could not tell what parts they were.. Aside from the motor You might want to rethink this practice.
