Service on dryer
Raymond was very nice and friendly. He found the problem, fixed it, and as far as we know the dryer works ok. Haven't used it yet. I might want someone to come back and check belts and thermostat. Not sure if Raymond did that. I will know more when I use it!

Courteous service
Kenneth was very courteous and repaired our washer and dryer very quickly. Only complaint, which isn't Kenneth's fault, is having to wait for the service call. The 8 to 5 window is too vague. Kenneth was not able to arrive until 2:00 so we wasted most of the day waiting.

he look at dryer first it was a senor he had to replace after that it worked fine washer was ok just needed cleaned i took care of that

Dryer examination
Brian was very pleasant and explained everything very well ..... but sadly my dryer is a goner ... parts no longer available ... but then again ... It arrived at my house the day I moved to Pittsburgh area ... June 1, 1989.

Low on personality scale
Was told the teach would arrive by 1230pm. Then told 157pm. Didn't know I would be waiting the entire day! Better estimate of my time would be appreciated. Glad it's fixed. Just wish the technician was friendlier

Making sure it was back to working order
Did not make sure it was working properly before leaving had to take back off the top my self and plug in wires that came off and or out and was working this morning fine as it could at lest and got it back working properly again and was also my fault for not giving it a try before he left but I'm good now got it back working

Scheduling
The Scott arrived and was professional in completing the repair. The problem I have is this was the third time my appointment was changed. The two previous time I waited all day and the serviceman never showed. The tracking showed he was not even close to my area. I think a specific time and date should be given to the customer and not this vague between 8:00 am till 5:00 p.m. I wasted two days waiting. In the future if I have a repair needed for my appliance, I will not call Sears--this will be the last company I solicited to do the job.
