Double oven repair
Jason was professional while working on the appliance. Unfortunately we attempted to use the oven today and we were unable. We have an error code and the oven will not turn on.

My 23-year-old oven's start switch is working intermittently. Logan diagnosed the problem with the control board, which is no longer manufactured. He did not open the unit to see if corrosion, oil, or something else was causing the button to work intermittently.

Oven was not working but technician did make it work again. recommended places where one can buy to replace. However this stove is only 7ears old.

Although the repair was completed, I was highly disappointed that the microwave was not reinstalled on the wall, like I was told would happen. When they came to initially fix it, they took it off of the wall, and I was told that they would put it back where it goes after they fixed it. This did not happen.

The 2 techs showed up, not together…they did fix the microwave for now. They both talked about personal issues and about other employees, not very professional. Also, 2 parts were mailed to us and they only used one and they took the other one, they said they had to return it…we had to supply a table for them to work on the microwave , they should have had a table and blankets…not real impressed…

The technician was efficient and got the job done. He cleaned his mess after him and there were no problems. However, the company and the scheduling were next to unacceptable. Before this appointment I had two no-show no contact appointments. The online service that customers are pushed to only works sometimes and there's very few phone numbers available in order to speak To a live person. This needs to be improved.

The work provided was great, he was knowledgeable and efficient once on site. However, he was an hour and a half later than the estimated time window I was given. I understand delays happen, but I was not contacted or given an updated service window. I tried calling and did not receive a response. I honestly thought he wasn't coming any longer. It was very frustrating.
