Professional & Knowledgeable
I really liked the technician. He was efficient and very personable. On the other hand, I don't like the technology for appointments. The first follow up was cancelled giving me short notification. I used the technology to schedule the follow up. The night before i received notification that I haven't confirmed the appointment when I set it. Asking for confirmation would have been fine, just not a notification of cancellation

Diagnosed problem after 3 visits from J & E (faulty parts), and repaired perfectly. Didn't rush out and made sure all was working properly. Educated me on the features of my oven that I did not know. Loved him!!
