Repair
Was told oven could be cleaned on phone. When he arrived he stated that is not a service they offer. Price for dishwasher repair was higher than a new dishwasher. Allegedly a bad heater pump causing the leak.

Ok but...
He apparently did a good job diagnosing and fixing the valve. However, I have to hire someone to put the dishwasher back in place before I can use it. Not happy about that. I have photos if u want to see.

Dishwasher repair
William was great. He was efficient and tidy. I hate how your appointment system works. I ended up waiting all day on Tuesday for you to cancel my appt. at 4:45. I waited all day Friday with the system saying he would be here at 11:20. Finally arrived about 3:25. You can't ever reach a real person and it is very frustrating. Regardless of how you feel about it, my time is as important as yours and I feel like you wasted a good day and a half of my life. I would not buy a Sears appliance with the repair package because of the way you run your appointments.

The work done was great, however our technician had such a strong odor that we could still smell it in the house 5 hours later.

Dishwasher Repair
Ahmed did a great job fixing the issue. He tested it a couple of times for me to demonstrate that it had been fixed. Unfortunately, the dishwasher door will now not open all of the way, so he will need to return to 1fix this.

Dishwasher ERROR
1) "LOCK ON" feature should not be on this dishwasher. 2) Use & Care Dishwasher Guide is in ERROR- "Press and hold HEATED DRY for 4 seconds". We followed instructions- the LOCK ON light remained on. 3) Customer Service Representative should have helped on the phone. 4) $ 129. is much too high considering the above. 5) I am very dissatisfied considering the above.

They charge 99 eventhough it could be diagnosed in 2 minutes. The estimate was 411 for a dish washer. Not the techs issue, but you must make a decision then. Very expensive. Again this is sears issue. I am sure that the tech is fine, but he didn't do anything.

Multiple attempts
A&E technician Xavier was unable to solve my issues because of differences in A&E policy and the warranty company policies. He did call me back like he said he would though

Polite & professional!
He didn't do a thorough inspection! Advised me that he didn't want to remove the arm and clean under it for fear it would break due to the age of the dishwasher! Basically he turned it on drained it and he was done! Last year the technician did a more thorough inspection!
