No part? Can't fix?
Shocked, no parts availible and cannot fix it!?! The dishwasher is not old. Something not right here in general.

Excellent service but still having issues
Dave was wonderful. He was on time and knowledgeable. We appreciate him. That being said, the repair was done but the dishwasher is randomly turning in and off and beeping. We will have to call back to have this issue resolved but believe it will be resolved soon.

Replaced several parts to fix water leak in Dishwasher
Replaced drain and attached motors & parts. New pump motor didn't work so used old motor and refunded cost. Told to check for leaks after 3 cycles adding cardboard under unit to pull out. After leaving, Door was binding and had metal popping noise when closing it. Spoke to 5 Reps to reschedule Door fix. 1 Rep hung upon me. Another Tech came out 2 day later to reinstall door cover correctly to fix door.

Better communication
He could have done a better job in explaining what he did to get dishwasher repaired. Was there a malfunction of the dishwasher or did I do something wrong? Need to know to prevent it from happening again.

Good technician. bad company parts policy
Technician was professional, polite and efficient. Company should produce small replacement parts so that an entire assembly does not need to be replaced because two small parts are broken.

Overall the experience was good. It would be nice if we got an actual digital report on what the problem was and what they did to correct it.

My experience with sears home service
The guys Martin and Justen were fast friendly explained what was being done and why they were personable friendly and knowledgeable they gave me pointers on the machine and more efficient ways of running it if I have any appliance issues in the future I won't hesitate to call them back
