Stove Repair
We use Choice Home Warranty as our repair service. They elected to provide a repair technician from Sears Home Services. The technician alerted us prior to arriving at our home to insure someone was home. The first visit confirmed the failure diagnosis and a part was ordered. The part was back ordered. Emails from Sears Home Services kept us up to date with the delay in finding the replacement part. After waiting a couple weeks I made some phone calls to Choice Home Warranty who contacted Sears Home Services to determine when the back ordered part might arrive which were handled efficiently. Immediately after the part was received at our home a new appointment was made. The technician arrived and he was polite and quickly repaired the stove. A good experience overall with both companies.

Tim responded to our home to service a very enjoyed and very necessary Samsung Range/Stovetop. The main three element burner was malfunctioning. Tim ordered the correct parts and installed them within 10 days of our first reporting the problem. Tim was friendly, courteous and very neat. We thank Sears for sending such a great service person
