Bob did a very fine job in repairing the malfunctioning oven. He notified us of his coming, arrived precisely at that moment, and fixed the faulty oven very quickly and efficiently. Quick initial response. They ordered the CORRECT part early. Had it here for several weeks before tech could come out. Tech was fast, accurate, pleasant and technically good. This is third time Sears has responded to a AHS warranty call and EVERY time they have been excellent!

Bill was courteous. He was very quiet. A new part was needed. He ordered it and within a few days the part was here. Bill returned, put on new part and my cook burner was working. I would highly recommend Bill to anyone.
