James was a pleasure to have in our home to work on our free standing range. James was friendly, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. James provided excellent communication and explained everything in a detailed and easy to understand fashion. We would utilize A&E again because of their technicians (like James). We just wish A&E would provide a shorter ETA, which is currently anytime between 8am-5pm, a 9 hour window! We know of no others who have a 9 hour window. All others give a four hour window, i.e. 8-12 or 12-5. Thanks James!!

Mike was very good he quickly diagnosed the problem with my stove. He then patiently called my insurance company (it took awhile) and recommended that I would get a new stove. Thank you Mike.
