Joey is the only good things about Sears so far in my almost 2 years of experience. He knows his stuff. Very knowledgeable professional and courteous. He makes Sears look good. It took almost 2 months to get it fixed but that is the Sears issue not technicians. I dread making call to Sears. They will transfer you 7 times and you each time you have to re identify yourself with full details and then they will drop the call. Very poor phone customer service. I have been waiting for my dishwasher to be fixed for the last 3 months. My appointment has been cancelled and rescheduled 6 times. Today they told me that they have no technicians available to help and as such could not give me an appointment date. Pathetic.
