Disappointed
Steven was friendly and prompt. However, he could not find the serial number location and left while I was on the telephone securing help from LG customer service. It turns out that he needed to pull the stove out from the wall as it was in the back of the oven. Thus, I have lost a day and still have the problem. It seems like someone who services LG electric ranges would have had knowledge of that information or at least thought to look in the rear of the stove.

Very poor experience with this technician
This guy has an attitude issue and rudely asked me to order the part. Also he lied to me that the part is not covered. He also did not do the job with good quality.

Work Undone
Totally dissatisfied. Technician did complete service due model and serial number not being able to verify. This range has been serviced in the past and information should have been available to complete the diagnosis.

Stove Repair
They came to my home, ordered the parts that were sent to my home and when they came to do the repair they said that they were unable to do it because it was over the amount my warranty company would pay. Told them I would pay what I needed to since I wanted my stove repaired for. The guy took the pats and left. !Unbelievable When talking to my warranty company they said the guy documented that it was too worn out to be repaired!! TOTALLY NOT TRUE. Why would they have ordered the parts in the first place if it was too worn out to be repaired. My home is in good shape and so is my stove tht needed the repair. the guy just did NOT want to fix it!!!!

Unhappy customer
The oven was 70% working before he started. His diagnosis was cockroach issues. I admit there are few when he open it, he didn't even try cleaning around it but instead he did some twisting and punching. Now the entire system is broken. He left me with broken appliance that could have been fixed with just a simple cleaning.

Follow Up Scheduled too Long
I had no problems with the Service Representative, he was very polite. My Problems, are with Sears. First of all: You take 8, hrs, of my time, waiting on the Service Representative, to review the problems. Second: He ordered the parts, the parts, and the parts are delivered in 1, weeks, But he is told to reschedule me for 2, weeks. Third: I called and asked for an earlier appointment, but no one responded to my request. Fourth: One of Part, he ordered was shipped incorrectly, he said he had that particular part, in his vehicle, which was a Blessing. The Main Problem I have with Sears, every time they show up, they never have any Parts, if I would have an Air Conditioner Problem, and no Air, in my Home, I would suffer, 2-4, Weeks, in a Extremely Hot Home. By the way! The Burner, the Serviceman, repaired today, keeps popping out of the slot, when heated. I will request for another Company, to use in the future. I DO NOT LIKE TO BE BOOKED FOR 8, HOURS, SOMETIMES I NEED TO TAKE CARE OF IMPORTANT MATTERS TOO! Thank You,

Fixing Oven!
Victor rushed the whole process and because the serial number was not present on the oven said that he was not authorized to repair it. If that is a real policy for your company it definitely needs to be changed. I don't think he really wanted to work on my oven anyway.

Not Knowledgeable
Keith and Mohammed have been to our home twice, both times they had to call for help. Keith didn't seem to remember being here or the issue with the appliance and kept asking questions that we had been over extensively during the original service. In addition, Keith had personal phone conversations each time. Neither Keith or Mohammed have proven to be knowledgeable in regard to the repair they were here to perform. This was our 3rd repair appointment for the same issue. This repair was initiated November 14, 2023.

Run, don't walk away from this service
My stove stopped working the middle of November. The tech came out the next day and had to order parts. Two weeks later, they come back out with wrong parts. Had to reorder again. Third time out and you guessed it, wrong parts again. Fourth time out finally got the right parts. A month and a half without a stove or oven. Thanksgiving and Christmas ruined. I was told it's hard to get parts for an "old" stove. The stove is 4 years old. Never again will I use them.

He was a jerk
It was his second time coming. My nephew let him in. When I got there he was sitting in his truck kicked back with his feet cross on the door. I walk up to my house he left my door wide open. I had to ask him to clean his feet coming. He had me to look at the back of my stove to show me roach feces with a his flash light. He said he don't work on units like that. He was very sarcastic, when I said I don't see or understand. He processed to see he's been doing this a long time. We don't work on until with this issue. My daughter ask could we replace it . He said I don't care what you do it your house. He proceeded to leave. I had to ask him to plug in and place it back . Then he ask do you want me to put the rug back. So I put the broom back too. I said thank you. Because he left my door open my house had a lots of flies in my house. I hope if I call for Sear repair service please DO NOT SEND HIM!! Much disrespectful of me as a service client and of my home. He would never want to be spoken to in his home that way or house open to flies . I took picture of my stove to verify what he was saying. Is that a policy.? I don't have a roach infection. I rent my home out. He said he is not look for roaches I'm just said this is what I see. Smh with his service.
