Stove
Been a month without a stove. Over six random men (techs) in and out of a home with disabled humans. Still no stove. No help. No cooperation. Awful.

No help at all
Let me be begin saying it's not the young man's fault. He's not ready to be out on calls by himself clearly. He doesn't have a clue what he's doing, not even being familiar with the parts of a stove. I've worked on appliances close to 40 years and yes I could make my own repairs but don't want to. I tend to 92 year old parents and frankly don't have time. This young man looked at my top burners and said they needed cleaning.....well, it's not that dirty and not that old. Yes was there a little grease under a middle burner....yes.....But instead of cleaning out and checking the flames...he did nothing. My oven for some reason needs adjusting. After a major cold snap is when the over and top burners began acting wonky. First he tells me you can't adjust the oven and looked shocked when I said I had to adjust it when it arrived. Then he kept trying to blame the gas company. There is no gas company it's propane. Again the deer in the headlights look when I explained none of the heaters, dryer, or hot water heater are having an issues - just the stove. He finally said there was nothing he could do and practically ran out the door. Again, I don't fault him - he was sent to do a job he had no clue how to address. So, I had to waste even more time calling the warranty company back to waste yet another day waiting on yet another repairman. Sorry - that's bad business all the way around.

No show !
Sears message said technician would arrive some time between 8 & 5 but no other communication until at 4:55 with four phone calls in a row and technician said job completed, "customer did not answer the phone." We customers waited the whole day for the oven to be fixed after an earlier visit by a different technician who failed to fix the problem. No oven for a week and customers cook a lot. The customers stepped away from the phone for two minutes after waiting the whole day for this second visit. Very disappointed in Sears repair.

Are you kidding me
My cook top is sitting in pieces in my kitchen and the new part that your technician was trying to install while it was broken is sitting there in pieces. This technician didn't know what he was doing at all. Very poor job. Now I have to have someone to put it back together. Not happy

Quality of work
The tech did not ensure that the panel was placed back in properly . Flush with the wall as it was before he fixed iy

Thanks for nothing . . .
Mirsad came to repair our stove. Once he determined the repair would be far more substantial than anticipated and required additional work, he declined to perform it and we are not required to accept a small settlement to replace our appliance that won't even cover half of the cost.

Electrician
The problem was not repaired. He said that it would take two people to lift off my cooktop and make repairs to the electrical inside. Therefore, I still need the job. No work was done.
