I am very pleased with the service that I received on 9/27/23 by Jamshid H. All of his interactions were friendly, professional and very informative. My electric range burner was not working; he assessed and resolved the problem! I would definitely recommend to a friend!

The tech was great but the system rescheduled his follow-up visit with no messages or warnings for a week later then the original appointment. No way to contact a human being or do anything about this. Not even a way to get an explanation as to why I was rescheduled. I cancelled the ticket through my provider choice and the automated system STILL rescheduled the ticket. When he showed up I handed brad the parts and sent him on his way as the ticket had already been re-assigned to another vendor. After that I received an additional 12 emails from sears. There is no way to talk to a human being when things go wrong and not even a way to really leave feedback. This service is horrible and I will never use it again, I am having choice blacklist this company for future services to my property. This is really unfortunate as brad was actually an above average tech
