Peter was instrumental in diagnosing and repairing my discontinued Kenmore Elite downdraft vent. He was Honest, flexible, and determined. Ronald is a credit to Sears Home Service
Sears Home service representative Ronald has been great keeping on time appointments, calling in the AM to advise of his estimated arrival time and again when you are his next stop and about how long his drive should be to arrival. He is clean and pleasant and focuses on the job he came for and explains what he is doing, about how long it or will take for a replacement part to arrive and gives a tentative schedule for him to come back to finish the job if the part arrived on schedule.

Good Communication awesome tech however for a $ 25 part that I had to order online because you didn't have it even though I provided the part number 48 hours before and then be told it would be around $380-390 59 put in the switch which I had to purchase and would take less than 10. Min is absurd to install is extremely disappointing . The part replacement labor price is rediculous
