He was great. He came, he fixed, he took copayment. It was great. He is very focused. Tech visit isn't where your problems lie. Its the customer support, automated lines about missed appts, customer service employees that don't speak English and write down the wrong info. If you want further amelioration, give me a call. I will never, ever hear from you.
