I think He checked everything but did not let it run long enough to see that it couldn't pull down to the thermostat setpoint when the temperature is hot outside

Hi, according to the technician, the system cannot be serviced because they couldn't find the serial number and model number so basically he just checked the pressure which I think there's still something going on since the air is not cold enough in my opinion!

Repair of heat pump
Nothing got fixed. Still running on auxiliary heat. Nice guy. Said I probably had a Freon leak but couldn't repair or replace bad part. Service call was useless

Worst customer service ever!
We were trying to have our HVAC repaired since May of 2023, wrong part sent originally kept getting rescheduled, 10 times!. Finally tech come out on 10/5/23 said he was here to repair air conditioner however again it was the wrong part. He said he was going to just "make it work for us". The whole time I was working with both the home warranty and Sears to get someone to say it was not repairable so the home warranty would allow a replacement. Long story short we got a new air conditioner in September.

Furnace Check
Technician spent less than 20 minutes at my house. Was told that my ducts were dirty because my charcoal filter was black and that I had a rodent infestation from a dead insect in the corner of my HVAC system.

Air still not working !!! 100 degree weather
Cinch services is trash! I called customer service for assistance I was transferred four times and the last person hung up on me. My HVAC has been out since July. They have sent three people out and it's August 29th still do not have air. I live near Myrtle Beach where the heat index has been 105-110. I am not a happy camper. Customer service was not helpful and refused to assist us with a simple request.
