AC did not work after being repaired , had to call back again to reschedule for a 2nd time. Tech should have tested and made sure AC was cooling down

The tech wasn't knowledgeable

Delonzio was kind and communicated well. However, he didn't seem to be an expert on the issue and had to make multiple phone calls to ask for help. Additionally, he kept blocking our neighbors' cars with the van and had to go downstairs to move the van 3 times which took him longer to inspect the unit. He said our neighbors weren't friendly because they were honking to get him move the van which they have every right to do so. When he went down the 3rd time, he parked the van in front of 2 garage doors and I told him he could park in an available spot that was nearby but he left the van there and said he was almost done. At the end issue wasn't resolved and after he left the A/C started making even a louder noise. If I had to work with Sears Home Services again, I'd prefer to work with someone who is more experienced and respects others' space. Thank you!

Catastrophic experience!

I have been a Sears Master Protection Agreement holder for over 14 yrs and when in need of repairing my A/C in the middle of this unprecedented heat wave, with the temperature inside my home averaging 86 degrees, it took Sears 5 days to send a technician to diagnose the situation and took them an additional 12 days to return with the wrong part. Finally fixed on the following day. During this time, I spent over 5 hours on the phone navigating through a limited/complicated telephone menu. Customer agents unable to make decision or connect me to someone who could. A lack of an appropriate number of technicians, was evident. This incident started on July 14 and ended Aug 2, 2023.

Air condition issues

I have call Sears home services twice for the same issue and tech Jerry has not solved the problem. The air condition unit is still leaking water around the bottom area, I explain this to the tech they sent, he told me that some type of PVC pipe needed to be added on, I ask him could he fix it, he told me no he don't fix that type of work, check the refrigerant level and left. So I still have the same issue as before.

Kinda rude, didn't really enjoy the 5 minute experience. Says it's user error , maybe it was.. (but he couldn't fully check machine do to " company policy") I get it's the end of the day and you see a lot of things that may seem silly, but it was just an unpleasant experience for us.

The tech said he had the fan working and that the unit was over heating and to pour water on it. That didn't make sense it couldn't have overheated because it wasn't working. I tried his suggestion and the fan is still not running. I need some one to come back out and fix this unit.

My system was working before he got there, now it's not working... and it's a great advisory and now I hand no AC bcuz of him. My system wasn't turning off, it stayed cool in the house, it wasn't turning off while on auto, but it kept running prior to Michael getting there. He was rushing to get out my house and I asked him was my house still gonna stay cool , he said yes! But now my house feels like a volcano! He took the fuse out my air handler and burnt the wires up, he is not a good tech! I even gave him water and a snack... wish I knew he was gonna do me like this.

no-show appointment

this is not his fault, but no one showed up to my appointment. I don't understand how there's such poor communication and poor management on your teams end. The technician called me mid day and asked what my problem was, and I was extremely confused because I have had a technician visit two times and order parts which are supposed to be installed today. I then received a receipt and alleged forms that I allegedly signed for an appointment that did not take place.
