Jessie was very nice, no problem there. However when you wait 3 weeks for a repair person to rescue you from 100 degree heat, you REALLY want results, and that I did not get. I had no air blowing, the fan would not come on, so for me, fan motor was most likely the best place to start. He gave every reason why it was not that, but never checked the motor, I took him to where it was, he said it was to hard to get to and never opened it. Said freon was the problem and they did not have that type, so I could wait longer or have sears pass the problem to someone else. That is what I chose to do and am I glad I did! Next company came and did look at the fan motor put gauges on it and said it was shot. should be done tomorrow! Sears will never be my first choice again.

I been trying to get ahold of this company your repair guy was over to my house now two days ago to fix my Air-conditioning the repair was not made 3-hours after he left the Air conditioner went out again and every sentence then l been trying to get a hold of this company to come back out to fix this Air-conditioning

The technician did not find the leak I asked him to find. I had another technician come out on 6/5/25 to, at least temporarily, get the system working for the elderly gentleman that occupies the property. The technician from Markl and Sons found a leak, saw oily residue, sprayed soapy water on the suspect leak and "saw bubbles". He also replaced 5 pounds of freon to get the system cooling again. A previous bad experience on another a/c unit, is why I declined your technicians request to add the "stop leak" additive to this unit. The technician kept asking for the $75 service fee to the serious point of being annoying. I would have gladly paid upfront when he arrived, but one discussion lead to another and it was delayed. I'm unsure at what point the email was sent to make the payment. Your technician should have continued to search for the leak until it was found and confirmed, not simply concluded that it was behind a panel (to the air handler) that hadn't been opened in years.

Tech couldn't find drain.
We have a leak in our HVAC system likely the drain clogged -tech got there with helper told tenant he couldn't find the drain line went out back, for some reason still couldn't find what he was looking for and denied the claim due to misuse and neglect. Huh? When we called tech he didn't answer the phone.

Had two separate sevices done for AC . The water is still dripping from the backfliw today and the other issue with the AC condenser was the loud noise. It is still making the same noise after he stated that he fixed it.
