No service giving on refrigerator

All of you techs are awesome. Your scheduling department is beyond horrible. My refrigerator repair has been rescheduled 5times. IT WAS scheduled today. Received text stating it's rescheduled for Monday 7/8/24 1 to 5 pm. No one checked to see if I was available at that time. This has happened 5times. I have requested a supervisor 3times never got one or a call back. Your scheduling is absolutely ridiculous. Service techs are awesome. I am very happy that my contract has come to an end with my dishwasher and refrigerator.
