Ethan was perfect. But scheduling and recordkeeping and communication with Sears has become too awful for words. Im drafting a letter of complaint to CEO. Scheduling this visit was messed up from the beginning. It was supposed to be tomorrow and I was repeatedly assured that it would be. It was a matter of luck that I was home when Ethan called to say he was on his way. I am fed up with Sears Home Services.
