Found them to be honest because I told them my dryer timer seemed to be broken - the first guy ordered a new timer and knob they got delivered to my address - David came two days later to install; he checked and said timer is OK just the knob is broken so he returned the timer and they adjusted my charges with a refund for the timer - that I think was reputable ...so instead of $314.00 I ended up paying $147.00.

Bob did an amazing job, respectful and kind but further he even noticed an additional part needing repair and took care of it. He went the extra mile to ensure the repair he made would hold up. He took his time to do it right on a very old machine and explained it to me afterwards. He’s an asset to their team.

Charles came on time. He evaluated the problem from my description as well as examination of my refrigerator. he took the time to explain what the problem was, and how the parts of the refrigerator functioned. It was the thermostat that was malfunctioning. He ordered the replacement harness. A few days later he returned and installed the new harness and i have my refrigerator functioning again ! Thank you Charles!
