The technician, Bob, kept me informed as to his arrival time, and also clearly explained my options for either fixing the dryer or getting a new one. He offered a temporary fix, which helps give me time to shop for a replacement. Cordial and knowledgeable.

David was exceptional. He was courteous and respectful ensuring that there was no damage to our home or property. The repair was completed in a reasonable time even after the first post-repair test failed. David quickly spotted the problem (a wire had come off) and fixed it without further delay. It was lucky having another technician with David since it was much easier to get the microwave oven in and out of the cabinet with two people. I would be happy to recommend David for future repairs, but customers don't really get a choice. I can and do recommend Sears Appliance Service for any appliance repairs needed.
