Brandon checked the wash machine thoroughly, had good suggestion why the leak occured but mainly the washer is usable. Brandon has worked on our Washer in the past and he knows it well.

Neel was very helpful in diagnosing the issues with our microwave. Unfortunately, the parts to repair the appliance were too expensive for us to move forward with, but I really appreciated that Neel took the time to explain the testing he was doing, the parts that would be needed if we wanted to pursue the repair, and the total cost. He was very professional and thorough (he also complimented my dog's manners, which I will always appreciate lol).
