The repair on our oven was done quickly and expertly, the repair man who came to our home was very professional and it was obvious that he knew what he was doing the repair could have been expensive and we would have had to buy a new oven if he had not seen the simple fix on the mother board so now we can save a bit longer so we can replace this oven with one we really want.

Excellent. Serviceman was fantastic.

My repair tech was great--he found the tiniest imperfection which caused a leak in my dishwasher in 20 minutes and had my part ordered on the spot.

The two repairmen we had were excellent and experienced but were not able to repair our refrigerator, which was only 6 years old. So while we were happy with the service, we were definitely disappointed in our Kenmore Elite refrigerator.

Our service technician called prior to his arrival as we were told. He arrived on time. Our repair was completed within half an hour. This was our second experience with the Sears appliance repair department and both service calls went flawlessly.
