Technician arrived on time and was able to open up and clean out the lint trap and all the excess lint that had accumulated in the dryer unit. Very helpful to have this done and he was very thorough. I will continue to use the yearly maintenance.

Charles, an excellent technician, came today to fix my washer, He has excellent customer service; Is extremely attentive to accuracy and detail; gave a thorough analysis of the problem and had it fixed in no time at all. (He also cleaned the dryer). I highly recommend Charles. I also was impressed with how quickly I was able to get an appointment.

After getting ripped off by another company, the Sears tech was just great. Knew his stuff… opened the back of the washer and found a broken wire. Repair done and not over the top expensive. My washing machine is perfect and we had him do just a look at the dryer to make certain it was in good repair. They are matching units and the same age. Tech was courteous and knowledgeable.
