Very unsatisfactory with the many times it took to repair my washer. The wrong part was sent the first time. The second time the repair guy didn’t show up and we were told that there was no appointment for that day and time. Appointments were rescheduled without our approval. Repair guy texted that he was on his way and the appointment was rescheduled without our approval. This was not a good experience.

Had issue with 1st scheduled appointment and tech not showing up. Rescheduled and was told via automated phone call that tech would show up at 10:00am. Tech actually showed up at 8:30am. Tech was very nice and professional and fixed issue with refrigerator.

I am surprised he could get everything checked/inspected in 10 minutes. But I guess if the "ole girl" is OK, that's all he can do.

Professional service was provided. For the money though I think that 90 days guarantee is not long enough for parts and labor. My opinion is one year for parts and labor would be more of a fair deal.

I had asked for a Dishwasher repair to be repaired, however they sent out a Washer/Dryer repair man. Disappointed I did not get the dishwasher repaired yes, however very grateful for the man who came out. He asked if I would like to have my dryer checked while he was there and was extremely gracious. This man was the best, the friendliest and new his job which is a rarity these days. Thanks for his part in the service.
