HAVE MADE 4 APPOINTMENTS TO GET FRIDGE FIX. 1ST ONE SHOWED UP BEFORE I GOT HOME THEY CANCELED THE OTHER 2 . 4TH TRY GOT SOME ONE TO SHOW UP NOW HAVE ANOTHER APPOINTMENT FOR JULY 14 FOR REPAIR THEY RESECULED AGAIN WAITING ON PART HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER 2 WEEKS. FRIDGE IS 65 DEGREE INSIDE HAS NOT WORK SINCE JUNE 9 HERE IT IS JULY 15 ALL I HEAR FROM SEARS IS IAM SORRY. WOULD NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM SEARS AGAIN SERVICE IS TERRIBLE.

so frustrating and unavailable! One guy got lost, one guy called the wrong number. Troy was helpful but only as far as looking for parts to tell me that they were not available. Don't go with Sears unless you have all the time and patience .

Terrible experience, would rate zero stars but don't think it is an option. I could write a novel but will try to summarize. Had issue with dryer. Took 4 weeks for a technician to come out. Technician misdiagnosed, $150 down the drain. A week or two later another technician. Part had to be ordered at almost $300. Part didn't arrive when quoted delaying service longer. The next appointment Technician failed to show up despite email and phone confirmations. Soonest next appointment I could be given due to sears error was a week out. Again technician fails to show, another system glitch (unlikely but okay). They try to reschedule yet another week out. I demand sooner, which was 3 days out. The day before I get an email stating my appointment was canceled. I call.... They tell me the soonest they can come is another week out. After moving through customer service agents and supervisors with little care for making a customer right, I asked a refund on my consultation and asked that they come pick up part, and credit me back from part as I was going to use someone else. Then somehow they were able to get me an appointment next day. Only took 8+ weeks, being screwed over 3-4 timesand numerous painful hours on the phone with customer service agents. Used sears for all appliance repairs in past, but they will no longer receive my business. Complete disbelief around how horrible the experience was.

I would give Sears Appliance Repair a negative rating, less than 1 if there was an option like that. My appointment was yesterday, Tuesday March 5th between 1pm and 5pm. I get a text message saying the tech is on his way at 1:28pm. Never showed up. No courtesy call. Wasted my day. Out of curiosity I called today to find out what happened. The person on the phone said I wasn't available when the tech arrived at my house around 4pm. I asked for her Supervisor and her Supervisor said that the tech tried to contact me after the appointment window (1pm - 5pm) around 5:30pm. It was laughable how everyone of them failed to make this right but instead they tried to blame me for their tech no show no call. I told the supervisor that I have a security camera on my house that shows no one pulling coming to my door or pull a car on my drive way that day. Then he apologizes and says he will take measure with the tech and wanted me to reschedule again. Unbelievable!! Never Ever will I do any type of business with a company or product that is associated with SEARS!! I purchased my Refrigerator, Stove, Washer and Dryer from Sears several years ago. Although these products have not failed me their service sucked from the beginning. RIP SEARS!!

ZERO stars. I cannot stress this enough. I have had these guys come out 5 times for the same dishwasher over a 2 month period and still dealing with the same problem. excuses, excuses. Best part is that the service technicians and appointment schedulers always pitch me on further services.

Unfortunately - we had a dryer issue and we had Sears proactively do preventive maintenance on our washer at the same time which was working great. After the check, that evening we used it and a filter was reinstalled incorrectly during the check and flooded our laundry room. When I called to let them know what happened and asked for my money back on the 'preventive check' because of the mess and errors that flooded our laundry room that kept me on hold for over 40 min and said there was nothing they could do and there was no proof this happened even thought I had texts with the technician apologizing. It's been a long time since I have experienced bad service like this. They were rude. We ended up calling back because the dryer fix had issues as well and the new tech verified their poor customer service and that the process they told me to go through was not something he had ever heard of and they told me this to get me off the phone. NO one has followed up or called back. I was lied too. They have lost my business for good - all over $60 and treating me like I didn't matter to them. Very disappointed. Stay away. We will go elsewhere next time. Error after error and no concern for the customer.

They ordered and installed the wrong part. The tech said he was ordering the correct part and it should arrive within a week. It’s been 2 weeks so I called to check on it. The tech NEVER ORDERED THE PART. Sat on hold for over 20 minutes trying to get resolution and never got connected with someone who could order it. RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!
