Alexander did an excellent job in accessing our situation. Although the part he needed was no longer available he was able to give us excellent suggestions on what brand of dishwasher to buy in the future.

Charles, an excellent technician, came today to fix my washer, He has excellent customer service; Is extremely attentive to accuracy and detail; gave a thorough analysis of the problem and had it fixed in no time at all. (He also cleaned the dryer). I highly recommend Charles. I also was impressed with how quickly I was able to get an appointment.

After getting ripped off by another company, the Sears tech was just great. Knew his stuff… opened the back of the washer and found a broken wire. Repair done and not over the top expensive. My washing machine is perfect and we had him do just a look at the dryer to make certain it was in good repair. They are matching units and the same age. Tech was courteous and knowledgeable.
