The repair person arrived as scheduled, was able to diagnose the problem with my stack-able laundry center dryer as he had a nifty tablet that he used to pull up the model of my unit. He did not have the part on his truck, but was able to order it locally and had it delivered while he went on his next call. He returned right as the part arrived and completed the repair work. He was efficient, courteous, clean and a delight to talk with as he made the repairs. He even let my cat greet him!
