The two repairmen we had were excellent and experienced but were not able to repair our refrigerator, which was only 6 years old. So while we were happy with the service, we were definitely disappointed in our Kenmore Elite refrigerator.

I purchased my Kenmore Range/Oven 12 years ago & my first problem with it was recently when the oven wouldn't heat to the set temperature plus, I detected a slight scent of gas when I turned the oven on. When I called Sears, a tech was out the next day, immediately found & fixed the problem. I've trusted Sears products & repairs over 40 years.
