Excellent. Serviceman was fantastic.

My repair tech was great--he found the tiniest imperfection which caused a leak in my dishwasher in 20 minutes and had my part ordered on the spot.

The two repairmen we had were excellent and experienced but were not able to repair our refrigerator, which was only 6 years old. So while we were happy with the service, we were definitely disappointed in our Kenmore Elite refrigerator.

Very good, the fridge is working again.

Our service technician called prior to his arrival as we were told. He arrived on time. Our repair was completed within half an hour. This was our second experience with the Sears appliance repair department and both service calls went flawlessly.

I purchased my Kenmore Range/Oven 12 years ago & my first problem with it was recently when the oven wouldn't heat to the set temperature plus, I detected a slight scent of gas when I turned the oven on. When I called Sears, a tech was out the next day, immediately found & fixed the problem. I've trusted Sears products & repairs over 40 years.
