Our service technician called prior to his arrival as we were told. He arrived on time. Our repair was completed within half an hour. This was our second experience with the Sears appliance repair department and both service calls went flawlessly.

I purchased my Kenmore Range/Oven 12 years ago & my first problem with it was recently when the oven wouldn't heat to the set temperature plus, I detected a slight scent of gas when I turned the oven on. When I called Sears, a tech was out the next day, immediately found & fixed the problem. I've trusted Sears products & repairs over 40 years.

Very professional older gentleman who knew his stuff performed the repair very satisfactorily. The repair was to replace the mother board in our 2-year old Kenmore Elite refrigerator for $650.
