I purchased my Kenmore Range/Oven 12 years ago & my first problem with it was recently when the oven wouldn't heat to the set temperature plus, I detected a slight scent of gas when I turned the oven on. When I called Sears, a tech was out the next day, immediately found & fixed the problem. I've trusted Sears products & repairs over 40 years.

Very professional older gentleman who knew his stuff performed the repair very satisfactorily. The repair was to replace the mother board in our 2-year old Kenmore Elite refrigerator for $650.

The repairman was conscientious and obviously very skilled/ He accurately diagnosed the issue with my wasing machine, repaired it, and even wore them lil blue booties. Great service Sears!
