Repair people were great. Had to make an appointment twice first time "computer glitch" erased my appointment. I had to wait another two weeks and clear another day. Grrr

The technician arrived on time, checked out and figured out the fix, and even though he did not have the part in his truck, he quickly went to the parts store and got what he needed,and he installed and tested fine Thank you

The guys showed up on time and did a nice job inspecting the wash machine for defects. However, the final notes were not sufficient, so I called and asked your Customer Care team to follow up with the service guys to gather more details about the ends result: the overall condition of the wash machine. That was 3 days ago. I have not heard from anybody since. Even though the fill level sensor tested fine at the time of the service call, I found out that the fill sensor failed on the tenant, which caused it to overflow. I will need to replace that part.

Service was great, but communication was poor. No mention of wait time was said (a month), nor did anyone get back to me about status until I started calling.

All visits were within agreed upon time window. Not sure what the value of initial visit from man with A&E insignia on his truck. But he seemed to start the process.Parts were ordered for our 30 year old dryer and once they arrived, a repairman quickly fixed the dryer door hinges. Total repair duration was several weeks but end result was good.

Everything about the work and experience was excellent. The one big disappointment was the value in the price I paid. I have a claim in right now for an adjustment in the price.
