The guys showed up on time and did a nice job inspecting the wash machine for defects. However, the final notes were not sufficient, so I called and asked your Customer Care team to follow up with the service guys to gather more details about the ends result: the overall condition of the wash machine. That was 3 days ago. I have not heard from anybody since. Even though the fill level sensor tested fine at the time of the service call, I found out that the fill sensor failed on the tenant, which caused it to overflow. I will need to replace that part.

Service was great, but communication was poor. No mention of wait time was said (a month), nor did anyone get back to me about status until I started calling.

All visits were within agreed upon time window. Not sure what the value of initial visit from man with A&E insignia on his truck. But he seemed to start the process.Parts were ordered for our 30 year old dryer and once they arrived, a repairman quickly fixed the dryer door hinges. Total repair duration was several weeks but end result was good.

Everything about the work and experience was excellent. The one big disappointment was the value in the price I paid. I have a claim in right now for an adjustment in the price.

Everything was fantastic - the time between problem and their appointment was great - hardly any downtime without my washer. Dryer went out last week and I have to wait til next week to get it fixed. I just can't quite figure the difference in response time??? Other than that I am a happy camper

The technician was fine. I wish, though that you would go back to a window that the technician would arrive, at least morning or afternoon, otherwise I'm stuck all day long

Ease of scheduling online. Lots of text messages communicating reminders about our appointment window of 8-12. Day of few updates and then after 12:15pm none. Repairman arrived at 3:15 unaware that he had been scheduled for morning. AI service for no show only offers cancel days appointment or reschedule. No personal contact. No way to leave a complaint. Do a better job with communication. Service and communication by repair person excellent. A truly caring individual.

Technician was kind. He used my white vinegar product which is inappropriate as I paid for a service. Our machine is still not washing well so I need to reach out to the service again unfortunately
